In order to use The Source most effectively, we think that it's very important for trainers to have a solid handle on the terminology used in the activities. We've thus included a link below to an excellent glossary, and in the future, we'll feature some of DiversityWorks' own definitions. For the moment, we're using a glossary from Global Exchange, which is generally excellent and rather complete. You can check it out here.

We hope that you'll not only use this glossary when you come across terms that you don't understand, but also to broaden your thinking on a range of topics. There are even several activities in The Source that have participants look at and define such terms, hopefully in an interesting way.
